All major equipment, including eleven central laser cutting machines, automatic cranes, automatic warehouses and CAD/CAM systems, are linked by a factory-wide LAN (local area network) and feature fully automated unmanned operations. Designed for total cost performance, our rationalized production lines deliver high-precision, high-quality cut and processed products in large quantities.
All the information necessary for production is centrally administered from the control room. Storage of over 2,000 types of orders is controlled by the CAD/CAM system, and production is controlled on-line through our LAN system. State-of-the-art equipment, including 16 monitoring terminals and a central control panel, supports product quality control.
